The Ontario Science Centre has an exhibit in the Food Hall I believe.
They've developed a mechanism for delivering small sprays to a piece of
paper. I think the nature of the exhibit was a "Guess The Smell" kind of
thing.

Parc de la Villette in Paris had one also at one time. I think it was more
about the perfume industry. It also had a scent delivery system. This was
more than 5 years ago though.
