We use SurveyPro for, as the name inplies, our surveys.  I can also use it
for time and tracking studies since I can choose or create number fields.
We use NUD.IST for dealing with qualitative data.  SurveyPro is from Apian
software in Menlo Park, CA, and NUD.IST is available from SAGE publishing.
