I would be inclined to say yes, though I am not well up on
firearms. This would assume that fireing the gun would not damage
it in any major way. After all vintage vehicles in museum
collections are used. Of course this may set an unwelcome
president. Politcally it may be bad but as a one off. I is a
dfficult one.
