The Dallas Historical Society seeks an Associate Registrar/Collections
Manager for part-time position. Preference is for individual capable
of assuming role of Registrar/Collections Manager. Duties include
assisting in the development, maintenance, and supervision of museum
collection and loan records as well as collection activities; will
assist in the computerization of collection and loan management records and
activities. Successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and
two years experience. Education in museum studies, archives, or related
rields may be substituted for experience. Position requires excellent
organizational and communication skills; experience in computerized word
processing, spreadsheets, and databases; ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
