We are currently deriving guidelines for evaluation of docents.
We would much appreciate hearing from people who have been involved
in similar endeavors. I am anxious to learn what sorts of guidelines
they have utilized and what criterion they have implemented.  Also,
any references to source material for establishing docent evaluation
practices would be appreciated.
