The book is about organizational change at the Glenbow. It discusses, among
other things, our rstructuring of reporting relationships, and also "new
ways of doing business", many of which are unusual in the museum community.
Perahps the book's sub-title will help clear up your confusion - "A Case
Study in Urgent Adaptation." To find out exactly what "startling
innovations" are discussed in the book, you'll have to read the book! :)
