Mary-

We use a program called ProCite for Windows to organize our report files.
It is very flexible and is also useful for creating bibliographies while
writing reports in popular word processing programs. ProCite is published
by Personal Bibliographic Software, Inc. phone number (313) 996-1580.

I've heard that Word Perfect 6.0 can make the bar codes for mailings. I
haven't tried this or even tried to make mail labels.
