Barry Hillman- There is an electricity section at the Exploratorium in San
Francisco and I worked with them (i.e., I worked with the Exploratorium) on
designing electricity exhibits for the Osaka Science Museum in Japan.  Not
entire museums devoted to electricity but perhaps this helps.
