I am afraid that there are other countries in Eastern Europe besides Russia.
The balance of the exchange programme doesn't give much of a chance for
countries in the Baltics, Balkans and previous Block countries.  Don't set
precedences selecting professionals in Russia, who once was an aggressor in
this delicate region of the world.  This precendence only enhances the
arrogance and shows no equality which I understand is an American trait.
