How would you plead the case for NEA, NEH & IMS?

Sorry to reply to the entire list, but one argument, Robb Hyde, is
that the indemnity program, which is administered through the NEA
has saved literally millions of insurance dollars for exhibitions at
a miniscule administrative cost.
