Deborah--we install with centers at 56" to comply (sort of) with ADA, which
suggests 54" .  We used to do it at 58" or 60" (depending on the show).  I
find that the lower height (56") is maybe a bit low, but it's easier to
lower your eyes than crane your neck, however imperceptibly.  It takes
getting used to, but since we have a lot of older people and children visit
it's a nice thing to do.
