Purdue University Library, an official GPO (Government Printing Office)
Depository, makes the GPO Access databases, including the Federal
Register, available on a public WWW site at
.
http://thorplus.lib.purdue.edu/gpo

There may be other depositories that do this as well, check the GPO home
page under Superintendent of Documents for a current list.

For grants information try the University of Michigan Library Gopher at

una.hh.lib.umich.edu

Using a Gopher client, go to this addrress and select ?socsci.? You?ll see
several selections that may interest you, including ?Foundation and Grant
Information.?
