     please include yr email address in your signature, my mail reader
     doesn't display it. Second: I don't really understand your
     description of your problem, though I read the message a few
     times. Is it that activities originating at the Center are
     "competitors" and the Center's audience is getting too small?
     Please restate the problem in terms that are as concrete as you
     can make them: "Nobody comes here anymore, our board is quitting
     in droves, our funding base is drying up, our staff is
     demoralized". Then perhaps we can work backwards from the problem
     to the source.
