You can try the Annual CBAC Survey of Public Museums and Art Galleries (CBAC
stands for The Council for Business and the Arts in Canada). About 150 (of
the 1200 or so) museums and galleries contribute information to the report.
You can also try the Education, Culture and Tourism Division, Statistics
Canada, Ottawa, Canada K1A OT6.  It conducts an annual Survey of Heritage
Institutions (including parks, zoos, etc.)
