Hi Mary:
Before I retired from the Henry Ford Museum 2 years ago I used Questor
Systems' Argus daily. I thought it was a great program and did everything
we wanted it to do including controlling a laser disc player to view the
artifact on a second monitor. We had some problems but most had to do
with the size and spread of our network.
Re. Thesauri...we really made use of Argus' built-in-and-add-to system. A
lot of time went into adapting Bob Chenhall's lexicon to our needs. You
might get in touch with Sarah Lawrence the Registrar about that. Their
address is 20900 Oakwood Blvd., P.O. Box 1970, Dearborn, MI 48121-1970.
Good luck.
