The Henry Ford Museum has part of the permanent transportation section
devoted to camping vehicles. A few years ago there was an extensive
exhibit on vacation travel much of which dealt with camping. If you're
interested in the subject contact curator Nancy Bryk or Donna Braden. (The
Henry Ford Museum has excellent resources of camping artifacts.)
