It seems to me that some people are indicating that job position postings
are okay but that jobs sought postings are not, other people are indicating
that both are okay, yet others are indicating that neither is okay, and still
others do not even realize that some are making a distinction between job
announcements and jobs sought announcements.  Jan.  (who looks at each job
