Joe,

If you learn that owl cigars were made in Florida please let me know. The
majority of cigars produced in the U.S. between c.1887 and 1920 were made
in Tampa and we have several resource people who are specialists in cigar
history. If they were produced in NY (the other center) also let me know as
some of these people have done extensive work on the NY end as well.
