I agree with Anita that you should say "unknown Title" or "Title Unknonw".
 This will eliminate some of the confusion when you have to search for a work
in the database with the title "Untitled".  Of course you will now have
confusion when searching "Title Unknown".  Pick one term to use and be sure
to have all the people doing data entry use this term, consistency will help
with the confusion that repeated titles cause as you will know that "Title
Unknown" always means the same thing.
