I agree wholeheartedly with Paul Silveira, but there are some volunteers
who are so enthusiastic that they become difficult to manage. There must be
clear communication and carefully outlined job descriptions for them to
know what they can and cannot do.
(I'm still trying to keep the tail from wagging the dog in some cases....)
