Not sure exactly what you mean by "giving clubs," but we do have different
levels of recognition for donors in our Friends group as well as for
capital campaigns.  We have levels that range from Individual/Family for
$35 or $50 to a Director's Circle for donors who give $1,000 or more.  If
you want more info, let me know and I'll send you our PR stuff for
membership, etc.
