It's okay Robbin...don't be skeert of those big words.

As Kimberly Davenport points out in her article in the new Art Journal,
"original" continues to accrue new meaning as conceptual, site-specific,
and intentionally fugitive works of art dating from the late 60s onward
are "conserved" and re-exhibited. The article consists of lightly-edited
conversations with 6? artists who have recently confronted the issues
at hand; Davenport was with the (Hartford, CT) Wadsworth Athenueum's
contemporary department until recently.
