Yasuo,

You have a wonderful view. You should be teaching museum educators about
education in museums, not asking them for guidence. Don't ruin your view
with too much theory.

I think you have it already. In my mind "hands on" is all about
experience and, (I will make a bold statement here) nothing about
"Education". In these enviroments we can not teach, but we can provide
opportunities for people to learn. So I think you are right, 'hands on'
re-establishes the balance. Right on Yasuo!
