God knows we don't hear everything here at AAM, but there hasn't been any
mention of the Valentine Museum either closing or getting rid of
collections, despite financial difficulties.  (They have reduced staff.)

I suggest that, if this thread develops further, we make sure that the
Museum have a chance to comment.
