Computer Manager (Temporary) - UKpounds 20100 - 22000

Glasgow Museums have implemented a computer system to document our
collection of 1 million objects housed in 11 museums. An experienced IT
professional is required to assist with the support of this major system
during a period of long term sickness. You will join the Registration
team and be responsible for managing and supporting the system. 3 years'
practical experience including a knowledge of PCs and Windows is
essential, whilst familiarity with mini or mainframe computers and
relational database systems would be an advantage. A recognised IT
qualification and an interest in museums is desirable.
