Marsha,
We have had a great deal of success using volunteers for our collections
data entry. It is much slower, of course, but it's free! We've had
people of all ages and all levels of computer background, but they have
all learned quickly and really enjoy it. The older people with *no*
computer experience have enjoyed it the most, which was a great surprise
to us.

If this is something you want to consider, e-mail me for more details.
