If you are not already familiar with the RC-AAM related group - P.A.C.I.N.
(Packing and Crating Information Network) and their chair Brent Powell, let
me know and I can forward some contact names.
 
They have done a few workshops in the past few years (last year's was at AAM,
Seattle, WA: soft-packing) and they have also produced a notebook of crate
and packing "examples" which includes specs for a number of different types
of containers.  I believe it is still available for a nominal charge.
