Isn't this exhibition of the "Treasures of the Tsars" at the State
Hermitage Museum?  I remember the advertisements for the exhibit when I
was in St Petersburg.  It was supposed to be a high profile, very
restricted security exhibition.  I think they were planning for either a
separate admission or some sort of scheduling arrangement.  I remember
the Chief Curator of Painting discussing the exhibition with me.
