In reference to Jenny's question, I would like to suggest that she pursue
a degree in museum education or education. The basis for most of the
education positions that I have held rely on educational theory and
practice. Yes, there are a FEW natural educators but the majority of
work needs a solid foundation in education.
I completed my undergraduate work in history and secondary education. I
received my master's from George Washington University in museum
education. Not only is the program good but the connections and
opportunities are abundant in DC!
Good luck, Jenny, in your pursuit!
