Monday, May 13, 1996  Convene in Los Angeles.  Evening departure for Sydney.

Tuesday, May 14 - day lost to travel.

Wed. May 15 - arrive in Sydney.  Balance of the day at leisure.

Th. May 16 - Meetings with the FM Association of Australia (FMA) and BOMA.

Fri. May 17 - Meetings with Total Facility Management Pty Ltd and
Building Services Corp. of New South Wales.

Sat. May 18 - Cultural orientation in Sydney.

Sun. May 19 - Transfer to Melbourne.  Balance of the day at leisure.

Mon. May 20-21 Small group meetings and site visits.

Wed. May 22 - Transfer to Auckland, New Zealand.  Balance of the day at
leisure.

Th. - Fri. May 23-24 - Meetings and site visits.  Meet with New Zealand
offices of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA);
Property and Land Economy Institute; and Aeries Builders, Ltd.
Cultural activities.

Sat. May 25 - Leave for Los Angeles and arrive same day.
