I am new to the list so forgive me if this subject has been
discussed.  I am receiving more and more requests for
permission to place our images into CD-ROM forma.  Has anyone
formulated a policy regarding a permission fee?  We have a fee
schedule for printed works.  How does CD-ROM work regarding
permission rights?
 
Let me know if you have any ideas.
