place now in Brussels) summations, transcripts and articles from the
meetings are being made available at the following WWW site (on Feb 24 @

You will get a welcome message that tells you that you have automatically
been placed on a five day, on-line subscription list.  For
the next five days, you will receive an email message that contains the
table of contents describing all the papers, speeches, etc. available from
the summit meeting, and will be given information on how to request
