I can't find anything that will download the info. However, Light
Impresssions has a Digital Thermo0Hygrometer Recorder for $495 That does a
printout at whatever interval you specify. This would at least alleviate
your concerns about ink. The hygrothermograph we use has the ink in the
pens themselves, so no risk of spills, and the graph produced shows much
more vividly just how bad conditions are, moreso than mere numbers.
