My name is Cyndi Edwards and I am a graduate student at the University
of Nebraska in the Museum Studies Program.  In one of my classes we
are currently participating in group projects to essentially design
a museum and everything connected with it from the beginning.  It is
my part of the project to come up with the personnel policies and
staffing job descriptions.  We have  a budget of $600,000 and
have one floor with 40,000 square feet for space. (Not a very big
museum as you can see)
