I would find it very useful to have my mail from museum-l reduced to a
conservation/conservation issues.  I find the other discussions (for the
most part) interesting, but not central to my concerns or knowledge.
While I'll miss the general education those discussions provide, my
log-in and mental processing time for the list would be significantly
reduced if you go this route.  I'll be interested in other responses.
 
Please let your museum know how much its support of the list has been
appreciated, and how valuable it's been to the museum community as we
become more and more cooperative and electronic-media literate.
