On the subject of gender and museums, is anyone out there interested in
1. setting up a feminist museum workers group or list?
2. working with the AAM Alliance for Lesbian and Gay Concerns, of which
I am co-chair, on sessions for the '94 meeting, on topics of queer theory,
radical feminist analysis, feminism and semiotics, or any other feminist
or lesbian/gay perspectives as they illuminate museums?

To end on a recruitment note, please feel free to drop me a line at
[log in to unmask] if you would like to be placed on the mailing
list for the Alliance.

Farar Elliott,
Freer Gallery of Art
Arthur M. Sackler Gallery
