The Cleveland Museum of Art has recently formed a committee
to explore collections automation for our institution.
To better understand what our various departments need
from a collections management system, we would like to
interview each department with a set of standard questions.
 
Has someone at another institution devised a questionnaire
to extract information needs from their departments?  If so
