Conclusion:
I have the feeling that a great number of subscribers out
there have no idea what gopher, ftp or netnews are. Am I right?
 
I also have what is supposed to be the text from William Gibson's
1992 "Agrippa: A Book of the Dead." If you want it, you got it.

Christine,

We are just now getting around to developing one, something that is broad
and flexible. A great source of computer use policies (mostly academic) is
to ftp to ariel.unm.edu and login as anonymous. Change directory to ethics.
This may be a bit much, but it is an excellent starting point.
