Title: "The Power of the Prismatic: Expanding our Narratives through True Inclusion"

Description:
This session will provide an opportunity to explore the concepts of inclusion, compassionate interpretation, multi-vocality in curation, and social justice themes critical to the awareness of today's museums and public history spaces. Participants can expect to have an opportunity to engage in dialogue around potential challenges, begin self-assessment around current work, and learn strategies for growing and defining diversity and inclusion values.

This session will delve into how we can form stronger interpersonal relationships, promote collaborative cultures, and practical approach conflict in the workplace. Participants will learn about workplace climate, change management, effective communications tactics, differing personality types, Fostering teamwork, strategies for coping with conflict and relationship repair. Session content will be enhanced through discussion of real-world cases, group exercises, solution-focused brainstorming, and visual content.
