One suggeation: perhaps Elaine Gurian, deputy director of the
Holocaust Museum, (who is leaving soon) might steer you to
the right person. No charge for tickets unless you go through
Travelmaster and pay a brokers fee. But it is very very crowded..people
are there at 8:30 am to line up for tickets.  Goood luck! Also, today's
Wash. Post announced that the Director is leaving at the end of the
year. Your Direstormight contact their Director..that often works
better!
