Cait: If you are an independent museum professional and act as a DBA, sole proprietor or LLC, the answer is definitely YES. However, if you are an employee and not also one of these other things (ie. Filing a regular tax return, not a Schedule C) the answer is NO. However, I am not a lawyer or an accountant, so check with one of those professionals before acting on what I have said.
