Greetings:
The National Law Enforcement Museum has deaccessioned a 1948 Plymouth P15 restored automobile, and would like to find a new home for this beautiful car. It is currently restored to resemble a sheriff's car of the period, with a rotating red light on the top and a star with 'Sheriff' below it. The car has a black body and a white top, and was restored ca. 2000. The Museum acquired this car in 2006 and it has been in protected, climate-controlled storage since that time.
We are offering this car to a non-profit educational institution for only the cost of transporting the car to its new home.
If your institution is interested in acquiring this automobile, please contact me at [log in to unmask] or call at 202.737.7869.
I have an informational sheet with photos available upon request.
Thanks!
Vanya Scott, Registrar
