Hello all!

In hopes to streamline our exhibition planning and execution, I am researching project/task management software available online and there are a plethora of choices.  Does anyone use project/task management software for exhibitions?  If so what program is it?  Is it free or a charge (how $)?  How many staff and which staff use it?  Is this program used for all exhibition and events/programs?
