Lyndsey,

It seems likely that the title page of the possible school project, containing the Name, Author, Date is missing.  One dating clue is the most recent info given in the manuscript, although that's far from a sure thing.  (Except, obviously, you will know it doesn't predate that info.)

I'm going to suggest that the accuracy of the info is the most important thing.  Someone with good knowledge of the local community can help with that.  Other than that, "Author/Date" unknown seems fitting.

This is about the most meager reply I've given this list.  I wish it were more.
