Greetings,
my institution (and I) are in need of creating or recreating job descriptions for our current staff of three, who cover the following jobs: director, registrar, educator, curator, store manager. As you can imagine there is a substantial amount of cross-over from one position to the next.
I would love to see examples from similar institutions so that I may better define our positions and worth. Our museum sees attendance around 10k per year - we are a regional history museum located in a rural part of America. We are a county museum but our funding sources vary and fluctuate.
I have found a few helpful descriptions on AAM's job center, but appreciate any examples of advice fellow listers may have to share.
