Napoleon's private part is owned by a New York doctor (there was
an article on him and his eclectic collection in the NY Times on
July 9); the Percy Grainger Museum is at the University of Melbourne (from
a Museum-L posting back in April).
The once-glorious Warren Anatomical Museum at the Harvard Medical School
(see Harvard Magazine, July-Aug. 1987) still has the skull of Phineas
Gage and the iron bar that was driven through his head by an explosion in
1848. Mr. Gage's subsequent personality changes are discussed in
the May 20, 1994 issue of Science.
