Hi Hilary -- Take a look at www.sustainingplaces.com for lots of
information on setting up volunteer programs. This is a website of
resources for small museums, developed as part of an IMLS-funded project
here at the University of Delaware. Lots of good resources addressing all
kinds of issues.
