We are looking for two more museums to join us for the fall 2013 Western Museum Association panel who have tried (are currently trying, or willing to try) on-line/web based project software to manage exhibitions.
Preference is for other kinds of museums (science, history, etc.) with a different geographical or disciplinary perspective than the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, University of Oregon.

Session Description:
Case Studies in On-Line Exhibition Project Management
Current web and mobile applications for project management such as Asana and Basecamp are designed to improve the way teams communicate, collaborate, and complete tasks. Three museums will present their experience with cloud-based management programs for the planning and production of a museum exhibition. The session centers on improving communication, building teamwork and efficiency, and taking advantage of new online tools. The audience is invited to join the panelists in discussing the pros and cons of software management tools for effectively managing complex museum exhibition projects.
