Hello All,
I have been looking into Scout Group Overnights. I have found a lot
of great information on many museum websites but I have a couple of
other questions.
First: Does anyone host these outside? We have a scout group that
would like to camp out at our outdoor venue.
What regulations do you have in place to make sure that the outdoor
area is maintained during the event? Also what insurance do you have
in place for the overnight? The scout group has their own insurance
but what should we make sure the institution's has? And do you have a
separate fee for camping at the outside facility?
Any and all responses are welcome and can be sent to me off the list
serve as well.
Thanks,
Christa McCay, M.H.P.
