The AAM's Facilities Report is considered the standard in the industry. Any institution, whether large or small, can benefit from its wide range of information. It will take time to fill out, but that can prove useful in the long run.

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] Facilities Report
Hello all,
I am looking for a facilities report to use as a model for developing our own. I have seen one or two but they are so extensive and not really appropriate for my purposes. The main point is to be able to provide potential loaners with information that makes them feel secure about loaning us an item of value r.e. security, lighting, environment, etc. A useable facilities report is harder to come by than I thought...any recommendations?
I'd like to get one nailed down and my intern can help with developing one.
Many thanks!
